Dream Act Inspire
The Leap invites proposals from experienced organisations or individuals to act as the Independent Evaluation Partner for Dream • Act • Inspire, a 3.5-year community-led climate action programme funded by the National Lottery Community Fund.
Working across Bradford and Keighley, the programme supports communities most affected by environmental inequality to design, lead and deliver climate action projects, while generating learning that can influence wider practice, policy and funding.
We are seeking an evaluation partner who will act as a learning partner, supporting reflection, evidence gathering, and knowledge sharing throughout the programme. The evaluator will work closely with programme partners, communities and embedded community researchers to capture both environmental and wider social impact.
Contract value: up to £105,000
Contract period: Oct 2026 – Sept 2029
Bradford / flexible national working
Deadline: 13th April 2026 (12 noon)
