It’s easy for us to just put a statement about being ‘anti-racist’ or ‘striving for equality’ on our website and make it look like we’ve done our part.

We aren’t putting this here lightly, and we know this statement won’t do much to change the systemic racism and inequality that is embedded into our society.

But we want anyone who approaches us to know that we go above and beyond to build support structures that suit individual needs, and that we will have your back if you have experienced discrimination in any form.

We aren’t an organisation with a ‘one size fits all’ approach – because that’s just not how the world works.

We work actively to embed anti-racist practices into our practice, and any concerns or issues that arise we prioritise immediately.

and if we miss a beat,
we will shut up,
listen and learn.
