The Leap is establishing a national Community-Led Climate Action Network and is recruiting a National Network Manager to lead its development, coordination and long-term sustainability.

Rooted in the Dream • Act • Inspire programme, this role will connect community-led climate initiatives across England, support peer learning, build cross-sector partnerships, and ensure that communities most impacted by climate inequality shape national learning and influence.

This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about community power, climate justice, collaboration and systems change, with strong experience in community development, network coordination and inclusive facilitation.

£34,434–£36,955
