Bradford Community-Led Heritage
The Leap is recruiting a Community Heritage Development Manager to play a leading role in delivering Bradford Community-Led Heritage, an ambitious 18-month programme celebrating and safeguarding Bradford’s living, community-defined heritage.
Working closely with communities, Heritage Connectors, community researchers and partner organisations, this role will lead community engagement, coordinate the community grants programme, support training and creative development, and help deliver exhibitions, showcases and the Bradford Heritage Festival 2027.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about community leadership, heritage, creativity and social justice, with experience in community development, partnership working and delivering inclusive cultural programmes.
Location: Bradford / Geographically flexible within England
Salary: £26,403-£35,412 (35 Hours)
Contract: 1st September 2026, 12 months, Fixed-term, (Extension subject to funding)
Reports to: Director Programmes & Operations
Deadline: Monday 20th July 2026, 12 noon
