the bradford way - general data protection regulation (gdpr)

The Bradford Way is a consortium of four partners: The Leap Bradford CIC, Bradford Producing Hub, Cultural Voice Forum and Bradford Metropolitan District Council’s Culture, Policy and Events Team, that supports Bradford’s diverse artists and community-led arts and culture.

We take data protection seriously and are committed to complying with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you apply for a grant, bursary and/or access costs, apply for a training course, or book to attend an event, the consortium partner you apply to or book with will collect and process your personal data, including your name, contact details, application content, and demographics information. If you are offered a grant, bursary and/or access costs by a consortium partner, they will process your financial information including your bank account details. This information is collected in order to: administer the grant, bursary, access costs, training course, or event; and for monitoring and programme evaluation purposes.

Your name and grant, training course and/or event information will be shared with The Bradford Way consortium partners to identify additional ways we can support you. No further information will be shared with The Bradford Way consortium partners unless you have opted in via a consent form.

Your data will be kept secure, used only for these purposes, and will not be shared with additional parties unless required by law. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.

By applying for a grant, bursary, access costs, training course, or booking to attend an event, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this statement.
