The Highfield WonderFest will offer a range of creative, cultural, and wellbeing activities for children, young people, and families. Activities include nature-inspired art workshops led by Get Out More, hands-on creative crafts such as candle making, painting, and soft furnishing art, and Mehndi and calligraphy workshops that celebrate culture, creativity, and heritage. Music and dance sessions will feature Bollywood-inspired exercise, dholki drumming, storytelling, and traditional singing to promote wellbeing and community connection. Additional taster activities may also be introduced. We expect over 200 attendees, mainly women and children, alongside carers, grandparents, community representatives, artists, volunteers, and local organisations.
