Growing Together is a one-day arts-led climate event at Wonder Festival, engaging around 300 children, young people and families from across Keighley. Through artist-led planter painting, community planting activities, take-home growing kits and a creative Climate Action Guide, participants will explore biodiversity, sustainability and practical environmental action. The project responds to a need for accessible environmental learning opportunities, particularly for families facing economic barriers. By combining creativity with hands-on experiences, Growing Together makes climate action engaging and relevant to everyday life. The event aims to increase environmental awareness, inspire positive action, strengthen community connections and create lasting artistic and environmental benefits.
