This project has been developed and delivered by New Focus to strengthen young people's knowledge and skills in designing and delivering creative engagement workshops. The project is targeted at people living in the Manningham and City wards. Supported by Impressions Gallery, these intergenerational, cross-cultural activities have been designed by the New Focus members in dialogue with the community partners which include: an over 50's Group at the Millan Centre in Manningham, and a under 18’s girls’ group at Grange Interlink in the City Center. All participants have been involved in developing a creative consultation session and a pop-up photo studio workshop. The project has been designed to encourage trust and meaningful engagement, and to increase confidence in accessing cultural and creative activities, materials and tools.
