Age groups: All ages – children, young people, and families

The NRC Community Activities programme offers accessible multi sports to bring families together. The sessions give children and young people the chance to enjoying inclusive games that promote teamwork and fun. The focus is on choice and flexibility, so participants can move between activities at their own pace. Families can meet others, share experiences, and celebrate community spirit in a safe, welcoming space. It’s a chance to try new things, build confidence, and strengthen local connections through creativity and play.
