Get ready to move, wiggle, explore and play! Dance for Life invites Early Years children aged 3–5 years, their siblings and their grown-ups to join us for a joyful sensory dance adventure.

Through music, movement, colourful props and playful sensory experiences, children can explore how their bodies move, and have fun together in a relaxed, welcoming space.
No dance experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and get ready to move! !
